To clear cache, it needs to be manually removed from your browser.
That is how cache works.

Cookie is a tiny piece of information that is stored on the client’s browser, and it sent back to the server each time a page is requested. For example, cookie will store your credential information like password, address, your phone number and more.
The purpose of Cookie is help in the identification of the user and it very useful in affiliate marketing to detect commission.
Generally, it gets removed after some time in your web browser.
